JFK cheated on his wife repeatedly. Bill Clinton raped women. Don't even get me started. And this is just recent history. The clock didn't start ticking on lying cheating immoral presidents the minute Trump took the stage. This revisionist history ain't gonna work here. Immoral men have held office before. They will hold office again. Sadly. Should we seek to elect them knowing their background? No. I was against electing Trump from the start because I didn't think he was suitable for the office. But don't give me this crap about how immoral behavior began with Trump. That is simply false. The moral fabric of this country has been in decline long before Trump took office. Joe Biden told black voters that Mitt Romney was, and I quote, "gonna put y'all back in chains." Lies? Politics have been a nasty business forever. Long before Donald J. Trump. Maybe the others spoke and behaved more presidential when the cameras were on...but behaviors of infidelity and lying and smearing your political foes are not new. Why am I even having to say this? This "hate all things Trump" is making people lose their damn minds.
