I would be irate with Sean Payton. 13-0 lead at one of the loudest home crowds I've ever heard in an NFL game with the trip to the Super Bowl on the line and can't hold on to win is solely on the coaching staff.

Don't get me wrong, the call was one of the worst I've ever seen in a big game, I had a direct impact on the outcome of the game. There were at least two officials with their eyes directly on play. Inexcusable

I guess I was one of the few out there rooting for the Patriots. It’s amazing what they’ve been able to do this century.

Brady is the GOAT, not arguing that, but nobody wanted to see the L.A Bandwagoners get refballed into the Super Bowl against New England who is there for the 3rd year in a row.

CBS did. 2 big market teams, including a team a lot of people love to hate.

I’ve been a Rams fan since 1999. I’m beyond ecstatic that we’re getting a rematch of the 2001 Super Bowl. There have been a bunch of really really bad years since then. So many crap coaches and overpaid players. Looking at you Sam Bradford. Hopefully be a good game. Horns Up!

The Minneapolis Miracle hurt, but this was much much worse. That non call will be talked about for forever in New Orleans.

First lawsuit filed in the blown no-call by a prominent New Orleans attorney. Several more have followed suit this morning. They're demanding a full investigation prior to the Super Bowl (potentially delaying it) and a replay for the spot of the foul with penalty enforced. Clay Travis, a former attorney weighs in...saying it could get very interesting.

So, a multibillion-dollar industry that receives taxpayer funds can't be counted on to make fair calls. Gotcha.

I could see the players association and the owners separately having a monetary grievance and any stakeholders including the public however through specific franchises. They should handle it through the league on some way or through arbitration. No way do we want to set a precedent of officialing mistakes being handled in federal court or before you know it the ninth circuit will have the nfl playing flag football and dictating the gender and racial make up of coaching staffs and player rosters.

Saints Nation acts like that was the only blown key call in the game and conveniently forget the missed facemask when Goff was scrambling the series before where the Rams settled for a FG. Had the right call been made there the Rams have 1st and goal inside the 2 with Todd Gurley and CJ Anderson as options at the goal line. Convert that and the score is 24-20 Rams.

That means had the right call been made that went against the Saints, they have 1st and goal at the 6 but need a TD not a FG. Maybe they don't convert, or maybe they score a TD on the next play which puts them up 3 and still plenty of time for the Rams to get a game tying FG to force OT.

Maybe the Rams play defense a little differently on the last drive up 4 instead of 3. So many variables. The better team won the game.
