Tornado just impacted the town of Andrew, IN. Debris signature remains consistent surprisingly. What a weird tornado.

After the previous unwarned tornadoes, you would think this office is keeping a eye on CC and velocities. What are they doing?Yet ANOTHER tornado unwarned and doing damage near Bristol, IN
I don’t know, but it’s hitting Bristol now. Unacceptable performance by this office. After the previous unwarned tornadoes, you would think this office is keeping an eye on CC and velocities. What are they doing?
Simply unacceptable. I can understand one or two of them but the pattern should be obvious by now with theseI don’t know, but it’s hitting Bristol now. Unacceptable performance by this office.
I won’t mention the office but I know there was an issue years ago at another WFO that involved older/elderly employees forgetting to check correlation coefficient for TDS signatures due it being a relatively new product.Simply unacceptable. I could understand that, but CC is a product that has been a thing for 11 years or so I think. This office just isn't well trained on QLCS signatures or etc, i would have to guess. Or also they want to reduce FAR like Birmingham does but that doesn't work well on QLCS tornadoesI won’t mention the office but I know there was an issue years ago at another WFO that involved older/elderly employees forgetting to check correlation coefficient for TDS signatures due it being a relatively new product.
Right, but I think it was sort of a “teaching an old dog new tricks” kind of situation and they just weren’t catching on. Might be the same deal here in Indiana.I could understand that, but CC is a product that has been a thing for 11 years or so I think. Yeah, i can definitely see that and i would cut them some slack off it for that. Could be many reasons, but they're better than Peachtree City in this regard at least... That office is genuinely horrific with any type of tornado.Right, but I think it was sort of a “teaching an old dog new tricks” kind of situation and they just weren’t catching on.
