I can see this cell getting nasty in the near term. Larger hook, larger meso with strong to intense tornadoes possible

Does anyone know if this is the Streator or Washburn tornado? I think it's Streator but I'm not 100% sure.

How this isn't PDS warned (at least for radar confirmed) is beyond me honestly.

That's a intense tornado near Hebron. What a outbreak this has been. Fair play to the SPC forgoing 15CIG2 despite my initial skepticism.

Wouldn't be surprised to see IWX issue a warning here within the next 10 minutes if this continues to be on the ground for Hanna, Kingsford Heights, etc.
