Severe WX Severe Weather 4/11 - 4/15

The ground angle shows anchor bolts. How long was the tornado on the ground? I was in a meeting while it was happening.

It was relatively short lived and spit out by a sloppy HP blob of convection. But yes the subfloor and joists are partially removed, and I see at least some type of bolts or anchoring mechanisms present.

The scans I have screenshots of range from 3:39 to 3:52 PM, could have been on the ground for five or so minutes longer, give or take.

114 years ago to the minute, Titanic struck the iceberg.
The Venn diagram of tornado and titanic enthusiasts has to be pretty close to a circle I'd imagine. Just went to the museum last month and rewatched the movie last week. Your post is hitting different right now. Especially cuz I'm all snuggly in bed with the AC cranked. Can't imagine having to get up and plunge into the ice cold Atlantic in two and a half hours D:

Lillian Asplund, the last survivor with actual memories of the disaster, was from Worcester and lived there until 1951, two years before the infamous F4/F5. So that's... something?
