No one has denied her a chance to come forward. She has been asked to speak before the committee. She has said no. They offered to send someone to speak to her. She said no. It's hard to scrutinize the story when the one with the story refuses to give details and answer questions. I understand she's agreed to something else today under certain conditions of some such, which only comes off as ploys and tactics. Will she or won't she talk and answer key questions is, quite frankly, disturbing. And I haven't even touched on the way Feinstein sat on this information for months without a word to her colleagues about it and not asking Kavanaugh these questions when she had the opportunity. It reeks of politics over human decency. Does the accused not also deserve to have this matter heard quickly in order to clear his name? If he's innocent? There is a victim in this story. And with all victims, I want their voices heard. But who is trying to be heard, who is begging to be heard... and who is trying to be quiet and refusing to speak?
