This is reminding me of Joplin. A velocity signature rapidly intensifying into a populated area.
A tornado and a hella lot of storms and storm chasers.

My god. One of the most insane storms i’ve ever seen on radar.
Freddy’s stream straight up looks like he’s in a category 2 hurricane right now with the insane RFD.

Anyone near the Lubbock Airport has to be underground right now, and the entirety of Lubbock has to be in shelter.

Unfortunately, the south side is far more sprawling than the north.

It's likely cycling, hopefully it spares the entirety of Lubbock before it touches back down.

If the beam height is 0.7 kft, meaning 700 feet, that means that you are seeing low into the storm. If the tornado is heading S SE, it’s heading basically right at or close into the radar site, which means as it got closer, the ‘weaker’ the tornado’s velocity coupler would be. Is this true or am I wrong?

The RFD on Connor’s stream is absolutely remarkable. Wouldn’t be surprised if there were some 100+ MPH gusts in there.
