more EF4 DIs are being added
They haven't even got to some of the worst damage in that subdivision alone.Woah. 8 EF4 di’s so far. In that area
All of it is already surveyed it’s just that now we’re seeing it for the first time. They haven't even got to some of the worst damage in that subdivision alone.
Yeah, that's what I meant. They haven't plotted the DIs for that area yet.All of it is already surveyed it’s just that now we’re seeing it for the first time.
Well that's a good thing as many tornadoes get cheated out of the rating they deserve. And yeah okay there’s the first home where they are just being too generous with the rating. And a misapplication of the DOD.
An all walls collapsed 168mph EF4 di for a brick home with most of its exterior walls intact having just been pelted by debris.
It also has a lot of its roof framing still attached.
Very over-rated that one.
However, I wish that NWS offices stayed consistent with each other. And yeah okay there’s the first home where they are just being too generous with the rating. And a misapplication of the DOD.

I don’t think they will because in their PNS, they said that 170 is final.I do have to wonder if they removed the track line again because they’re actually gonna increase the rating of the London tornado.
Maybe up to 175mph
Probably to edit it and make adjustments.Hmmm…then why remove the track line again?
Nope, it looks like all of those DIs in the northeast part of the subdivision were rated EF3. A little surprised about that, but I’m not going to question it since it’s still a very thorough and well-done survey. It looks like they haven’t found any more EF4 di’s yet…
