was located over Boho, or near Manchester, moving east at 40 mph.

Definitely still a TDS.Passed south of Manchester, hard to make heads or tails of the CC (the blue splotch is clear air, not debris). It looks like it may be starting to undergo some mesocyclone changes, maybe a handoff.
