A sack of flour was also carried 110 miles by the Great Bend F4 which is really impressive. I wonder how it stayed intact.

Hopefully!!!So far, from all the tornadoes that occurred, Selmar, TN and Lake City/Monette, AR have the best chance of being rated EF4 in my opinion.
That was pretty crazy not gonna lie. I am scared to see what comes out of this town.Won’t soon forget that late night a couple of supercells made me wide awake and followed along with others ..View attachment 39384
Not really something to joke about tbh.The town literally became a farmland. No homes, no foundations, nothing, everything is gone. Just kidding!!!
Slayden is an unincorporated community. Grand junction 325 population. 2 fatalities from mobile home in that area.Thank goodness it didn’t hit much. Unfortunately what it did hit managed to cause fatalities and that’s heartbreaking.
Were they in high risk, ? I forget. Cutting it close. If none of the April 2-3rd tornadoes receive an EF4 rating it’ll be the first time since March 17 2021 that a high risk day didn’t produce a confirmed EF4 tornado.
The April 2nd high risk technically extends through the morning of the 3rd so technically selmer and all those morning intense tornadoes are still high risk tornadoes.
Lake city was. Idk if the others were. Were they in high risk, ? I forget. Cutting it close.
I know lake city wasLake city was. Idk if the others were.
I am certain that the Lake City, AR tornado will receive an EF4 rating. If none of the April 2-3rd tornadoes receive an EF4 rating it’ll be the first time since March 17 2021 that a high risk day didn’t produce a confirmed EF4 tornado.

It’s, possible. The 150mph rating was literally just a rating assigned based on the minimum general look of the damage done, not based on any one DI cause of how limited their survey time was due to ongoing storms. I think that’s a first actually…for a violent tornado.I am certain that the Lake City, AR tornado will receive an EF4 rating.
That tree damage alone would do it if they were allowed to assign violent ratings for tornadoes on tree damage alone.I am certain that the Lake City, AR tornado will receive an EF4 rating.
