Severe WX April 1-2 (overnight) Severe Weather Event

This storm near Louisville looks really nasty, but it seems like for now the spate of, what, 6 continuous hours of intense tornadoes is winding down. Hoping the casualties will be minimal. People doing rescue and recovery will also be grappling with additional storms and flooding, which is going to be a huge problem.

I hate to be "that guy", but every video I've seen so far of the Lake City tornado (except for Brandon Copic's chase footage) has been filmed vertically. Especially disappointing for a tornado that was wider in appearance than it was tall.

Oh god, MEG is going to be responsible for the Lake City damage survey. I am not optimistic.

Nope. It's MEG.

Oh actually I wasn’t. When I type in Lake City forecast it comes up under the Memphis WFO. If Little Rock is surveying I’d expect less drama. That’s a relief, sorry for the false info there guys.

Edit: Wait I was right? Dang…

To be fair, they didn't screw up the survey of the 12/10/2021 EF4 too badly... so that's a glimmer of hope, I suppose? :p
