It was an F4. In addition, it barely missed a dog-racing track that was packed with at least several thousand people.

Just checked the Tornado Archive and it was an F3. Or do you mean you think it should have been rated F4?

I seemed to remember that it was rated as an F4. Perhaps once this week's severe weather events are over I'll check back on some sources that I know of.
