Northern mode could be interesting in Indiana if HRRR is to be trusted...

Was just about to post this. Definitely pulling the trigger. Figuring out right now where to station myself. Considering Greencastle, but I do not in the slightest wanna get myself in a busy city because of traffic, so I'm trying to find a happy medium. Made that mistake last year in March with Marion IN.

Big time dry slot pushing through IA and most of northwest MO now. Unless convection magically keeps re-firing over the next few hours as per the HRRR, we should start seeing some clearing in northern IL around midday.

I was just about to say this - really not liking how things are evolving… the line is breaking up quite effectively. But there’s definitely room for redevelopment so we’ll see.

Really reminds me of a tragic (and incredibly bizarre) situation that once unfolded in Jackson, TN…

A memorial was set up to commemorate the victims of an F4 tornado that struck the city in 1999… said memorial was then directly struck by another F4 tornado in 2003.
