What does weather look like for MS this weekend?

I just got asked this question after I told this same person that it's looking bad across both MS and Alabama earlier this afternoon.

I'm just gonna smile and let it slide off

we had an event at the museum tonight and the people behind me were visiting from Alabama and noticed my Auburn lanyard and they mentioned they were driving back to Alabama on Saturday so I warned them that it was gonna be "James Spann suspenders weather" lol

It even has the morning horizontal QLCS/MCS in MS moving north into TN.
This sucks.
