Damn, lucky they (presumably) didn't get hurt. A storm cellar is way better than being above ground, but a shelter is only as good as its weakest point. People can and have been killed in cellars because of rickety old doors like that.

Yeah looks like it. Obviously a violent tornado but that's probably all it hit that could indicate anything higher than EF2ish, Lockett came way too close

I seem to recall that one of the tornadoes in the 1980 Grand Island, Nebraska tornado outbreak did the same thing.
