2019 College Football Season

I had my doubts that the OU defense could hold LSU under 50 and my suspicions were confirmed. I had no idea that the OU pass blocking would be so horrible. They have had pressure about every play with only 4 rushing

Well... Bama played a strong 2nd half and ended up beating Michigan handily. Saban usually takes a knee with a minute to go near the opponents goal line but decided to run one more play. I think this was partially due to the fact that Najee Harris had carried the offense on his back and legs during that last drive down the field and letting him finish what he started and partially because it was Harbaugh on the other sideline and Saban was probably a little tired of his shtick and backhanded slaps. I'm glad he did.

It was definitely because of the way Harbaugh has acted over the years and it was not an accident that Harris is the one who drove the final nail in the coffin as he was once committed to Michigan.

Tua Tagovailoa is making his decision on whether to return on more season or go to the NFL next Monday...
FWIW... a friend who is a subscriber to Tider Insider sent me a screen shot of a post by one of the supposedly gurus on the site who is usually right on all the inside info. In the post he said it was a done deal that Tua will be back and if he's not, he's promising to never post on the board again.

That’s the general rumblings in Tuscaloosa as well from what I gathered. It also doesn’t quell the rumors when the official football twitter posted falling dominos right after Dylan Moses declares he’s coming back....the first of many to declare their return?

I think there are some insurance issues with Moses so they have had to pull back on his commitment to return. I think it's just some details to be worked out though and he still expected to come back next year

Big news out of Starkville - MSU might be getting rid of their coach, courtesy of Yahoo!'s Pete Thamel

Tua presser tomorrow morning. There may be more news coming out of that than we expect.

Moorehead out and rumors of Billy Napier in at MSU. Another Saban protege in the West? And someone who worked close with Kiffin....

Napier turned down the interview. He's definitely on the way up.
