For the last couple of weeks at least, nearly every time I try to do something on this forum beyond simply reading a thread (like make a post, or even just try to make a reaction to someone else's post); a box pops up that says "Oops! We ran into some problems. A server error occurred, please try again later." However if I close the box and then refresh the page, my post/reaction is there. However in the case of making a post, the draft post is still in the edit box, giving me the impression that it didn't go through. I'll then click "post" again, leading to a double post until I delete the duplicate.

Anyone else having this problem? This happens both on my home computer and my work computer.
 
Don't know if it matters but I'm on Win10 with up to date Firefox browser. My 09 HP laptop is a low-memory 'peripheral' meant to tie in to a server. Doesn't even have a battery.

ADDING another symptom: the"what's new" button isn't updating as before so I've been missing a few threads I normally keep up with

It doesn't show all that, just the text I stated in my original post.

Edit: It seems to be intermittent on my end, too. It didn't pop up for me when I posted this reply, even though it had just a minute ago when I tried to "like" a post in the Severe Weather 2025 thread.

This is what I'm seeing too. The problem is intermittent but more often than not, and on some login sessions throughout. Logging out and in doesn't change anything.

I seem to remember similar happening on a different XenForo forum ages ago and it turning out to be something on their end which took them several tries to fix. Can't remember any other details. XenForo can be janky sometimes.
