Looks like a classic Ice Storm from here to Maine right along the jet stream which keeps it away from MS/AL. Weird.

THURSDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation of freezing rain and sleet possible.
Total ice accumulations of up to one quarter inch possible.
Total sleet accumulations of one quarter to one half inch
possible across the far northern Hill Country. In addition,
winds could gust as high as 35 mph and produce wind chill values
in the single digits and teens Thursday through Friday night.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Texas, including the Hill
Country and Austin metro area.
* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon.
