First Tornado Watch of the day with 50/30 probabilities is up.

NAM soundings showing surface-based CAPE over 4000 in parts of eastern ND with STP peaking at around 6-7.
SPC mentioning steep lapse rates in the area with MLCAPE possibly exceeding 3000 in a few areas.

The largest tornado threat, however, may be further north in Saskatchewan.
