There unfortunately appears to be a few homes north of Horse Creek where this tornado has been churning. Very much hoping the residents are safe and out of harm's way.
Aside from existing within a ridonkulous little sweet spot of kinematics and instability, the squeezed hodographs are likely contributing to the first storm looping back on itself.
This has been one of the most fascinating and unusual outbreaks in recent memory. Violent drillbit in Kansas, then a slow moving monster wedge and anticylonic tornado in Oklahoma?? Can't recall anything like this happening recently.
