So, I've been working on a little passion project recently. I'd like to introduce TwisterZone.com. It's designed to be a storm chaser's assistant. When you click on the map, you'll find contact information for the local NWS office, as well as links to streams from Broadcastify and the RadioReference database for frequencies. Of course, you can click to TalkWeather.com as well. Looking for any feedback, so please share your thoughts!

Do you have any more ideas for future features? One that I'd love to see (assuming it would be actually possible) would be links to live streams from the affected broadcast markets.

That's a great idea.

I love that when I clicked on the website, the map of the Continential U.S. opens up with the radar imagery.

The SPC Outlook overlay is awesome.

I'm going to bookmark this on my phone as it could be very useful next month when I'm spending a week in NW Oklahoma.

When I was working the Radio Reference and Broadcastify links, I did think about pulling in a tv station list for the local broadcast market. Is that what you are looking for?

should have named it the suck zone

That's one way to put it.

If you're interested, I have a link that would hopefully be useful:

It contains lists of the various TV stations across the Fifty States; you can find stations by state, by market, or by owner. In the market lists in particular, the station entries typically contain the respective station's URL. Of course, there's always the possibility that some of the information contained within might be obsolete (e.g. a station URL no longer works), so you may have to go through and vet the station entries if you have free time to do so. Nonetheless, I hope it ultimately proves useful to you!:)

This went live tonight. Let me know what you think.
