Any sites with model graphs?

Are there any websites that will display model data in graph form? For instance, I'm imagining an interface that you put in a latitude and longitude, select a model, select a specific value (temperature, dewpoint, wind, etc.) and it'll display a graph showing the modeled value at that location at each forecast hour. Does this already exist somewhere?
