Where Are They No Fans GIF by Hashtag United Official

I’m guessing you mean no supercells according to that model

Where are we at today so far? Couple of EF0s? Not enough shear to move them off the boundry?

I'd wager a bit more than that based off some of the photos and radar images I've seen. Nothing exceptional, though and nor was I expecting that given the way the setup evolved over the last few days.

Too much cold front, LLJ doesn't increase until after discrete mode is largely over, jet streak gives a glancing blow to the warm sector instead of punching right into it. All recurring issues with setups this year. You can call it 2018ing but in my memory that year didn't even have near this many setups in the first place.

Yeah this is the wildest March - May in terms of setups I've seen in a minute (the results don't show it though imo which is okay). Not to mention, talk about a crazy first test for the new CIG system.

I should mention by the way, I don't have an issue with it as much as I did in the beginning, especially since they've definitely lowered down their 2% CIG1 usage.

I
There's a lot of chatter on Chaser twitter that people are sick of the crowds and thinking of a new hobby/profession. :(
I think that might be necessary at this point. The convergence when we inevitably get an event with fast-moving, violent tornadoes (talking like May 10, 2010 speeds), is going to result in multiple fatalities. As we saw with El Reno 2013, deviant tornadoes could do it as well, especially with so many amateurs. Car accidents that result in serious injuries or fatalities probably happen before that as well.

Basically, I think we are assured that a disaster is going to going to happen. It’s only a matter of when.
