From what I can tell, he posted an instagram picture of seashells that spelled out "8647" - which clearly isn't a threat of physical violence IMO, could be interpreted in a million different ways. Definitely more likely he just meant "remove Trump from office." Unless there's more to it than that, I think this is just Trump's DOJ being the big softies they are.

I'm sure they were perfectly fine saying "8646"
 
Lots of people want Trump to be removed from office (via Constitutional procedures).. Trump and maga want to surppress 1st Amendment rights for everyone but themselves

James Comey is charged with Threatening the President in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871(a) and Transmitting a Threat in Interstate Commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c).

The Grand Jury examined the evidence in this case in North Carolina and found probable cause. Go ask them maybe.

Can you please explain, in good faith, what's "threatening" about posting a picture of seashells arranged to spell out "8647"? Can you convince me that this isn't just political abuse of the justice system, much like how political abuse of psychiatry occurred in the USSR?

Or are you just going to swallow the government's narrative on this because yours truly is in charge?
