Wichita Falls area is trying again. Seems like this could be a real attempt this time.
Not the strongest or tightest velocity couplet i've seen on this Braman cell, but there is rotation all the way up to 40k feet. Very interesting cell. I wonder if this new convection will inhibit it at all before it can really get going.

The rotation is broadening, and not in a good way. This could be a classic tornado.
