Another day and yet another op-ed that makes claims, but doesn't even attempt to prove them or back them up.

I, for one, am completely shocked!

For the sake of argument, I'll at least admit I find it hilarious that the author accuses Mueller of hiding evidence.

All Trumpers love Alinsky. Especially Trump. Accuse the other side of what you're guilty of. You should be in jail = I should be in jail for all the crimes I've committed over the years.

It's almost as if multiple members of the Trump admin/Trump campaign haven't pled guilty to lying to the FBI and Trumpers need to spin that away. They've also tried every potential option available to obstruct Mueller's investigation - - including Trump himself. That's why Don Jr. will be indicted by Spring.

Sean Hannity, a close personal friend and political strategist of President Trump, urged people "do not talk the FBI for any reason" on his show last night. I didn't see the preceding segment, but my understanding is he was speaking to his entire audience. Hope there isn't an easily preventable terror attack anytime soon...

It wasn't Hannity's first round of urging people to cover up evidence related to Trump. Back in June, he suggested that anyone involved in the Mueller investigation should erase all emails on their phone/computer, and then destroy each device with a hammer. His technical explanation on how to do so was outright hilarious.

They have to accuse Mueller of hiding evidence because Trump, Roger Stone, Manafort, Don Jr., and a host of others have done exactly that, and a whole lot more.

Trump has already admitted to violating federal law in the Stormy Daniels case, and his admission came only after he had lied to the American people. Yet we're to believe Mueller is the crooked law-breaker, and not the guy that has already admitted to breaking federal law? We're to believe that the draft-dodger, who employed Roy Cohn and Michael Cohen as fixers, is pure as the wind-driven snow?

And instead, believe that Robert Mueller, a Marine veteran who volunteered TWICE to join the military during Vietnam (NPQed the first time due to a knee injury), and who volunteered for combat in an infantry platoon, is a corrupt and dishonest rogue?

The same Marine Lieutenant who was wounded during combat, yet continued to fight and lead his men, and was awarded several decorations for Valor. And Mueller served with honor, ironically, while at the same time Trump was dodging the draft by receiving several medical deferments for bone spurs, and instead spent his time tom-catting around with loose women.

Trump later said that avoiding STDs from all the women he slept with throughout his life was his major accomplishment: "It is my personal Vietnam. I feel like a great and very brave solider”

Pieces like this op-ed and the other garbage you post as "proof" all signify one thing: Trump, and by proxy all of his supporters, are terrified he's going down. They're not wrong.

It is embarrassing that you try to impugn Mueller's character while defending Trump at all costs. Mueller's investigation is just but one reason why Trump constantly attacks Mueller. More than anything, it's because Mueller is everything Trump wishes he could've been, but Trump lacked the courage, honor, bravery, and commitment to public service that Robert Mueller has always embodied.

Hopefully, one day, you'll come to your senses and realize you're backing the wrong horse in this race.

The media that is lionizing Bush the past few days is the same media that trashed him when he was a candidate and then president. Hypocrites!

You've trashed Bush, too. And his son. So what does that make you?

I'm glad Evan has the patience to detail the major hypocrisy coming out of the Trump camp, because I sure don't. It's outrageous how they'll be armchair personality critics for their foes while completely neglecting the behavior of Trump and his acquaintances & business partners for decades.
Cohen was Trump's personal lawyer "and close friend" for how many years? Now that he's a possible threat to Trump, he's a crooked criminal liar. What does that say about Trump? Apparently nothing!
That's not even the tip of the iceberg of the absurdity and mindless neglect of obvious correlations.

I have said often Trump has his warts and flaws. As do some of his associates. I did not care. I was not going to vote for another life long politician that will just continue to destroy the Republic. I don't think you and Evan have a clue as to why Trump won.

You don't think I know that people are sick and tired of political games and backdoor deals? That our representatives aren't actually vested in the commonwealth of society? There's one thing I know for sure, and it's that the people who need to lead us should be someone we can look up to, someone who sets a good example and we can strive to emulate. It doesn't matter if it's a leader of an online community or a leader of a city, state or country. That person should be held to a greater standard than anyone in the population they represent. Trump is a sorry leader and nobody should emulate his behavior. I don't care what he believes or how much I agree or disagree with his ideology. His dishonesty and corrupt history is enough to seal the deal for me.

Shouldn’t Trump be really happy with Mueller?

Trump asked Comey to go easy on Flynn. Coney didn’t and got fired. Mueller takes over the investigation, and goes easy on Flynn.

Trump should be thrilled!

Rumor is that Kelly will resign soon. I wonder if we'll get a council update, the suspense is killing me
