Interesting timing with the latest Michael Cohen news coming out tonight.

Of course, though I think we needed to strike, but further strikes should come with congressional approval

Is there anybody that doesn't break laws anymore?

On Monday, a lawsuit was filed against the Federal Election Commission (FEC) with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that claims the government entity has ignored complaints alleging that the Hillary Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) funneled money through state parties to avoid campaign finance laws.

Comey is bottom of the barrel scum, whether you agree with Trump firing him or not. He has stated on multiple occasions that he allowed political impressions impact his legal work. See re-opening the Clinton email investigation. He absolutely didn't do himself any favors in the interview with ABC. I just think it is funny that if this weighed so heavily on him, why didn't he walk away from his job in protest? He waited until he was fired to rip Trump. Yes, fired. He was forced out then thought it was a good time to explain how his boss is a criminal and is terrible. Sounds like sour grapes. We have enough of that in DC. He is an egotistical, unethical hack. Simple as that. Sounds like 95% of Washington...so it should come as no surprise.

Sounds like he is trying to make a headline and a few bucks with this book/interviews. I think it is funny....says Trump lies constantly, which is pretty obvious. But then takes Hillary at face value. What a clown.

I don't disagree with you that Comey is highly flawed. However, he clearly stated in his interview that he didn't have enough evidence to prosecute Hillary, not that she did nothing wrong.

He shouldn't have walked away in protest because he was investigating the man. Can you imagine a true Trump crony running the FBI?

I think it is pretty obvious at this point that Trump is shady and one of the great liars of our time.

Comey may not be doing the nation any favors by being so "open". I think the more responsible thing would have been to wait until Mueller's probe was complete to write the book and promote it, even if it meant sales were lower.

Highly flawed? Comey is disgraceful and is certainly no paragon of virtue. He is a political hack. Comey should have been fired on day one of Trump's presidency. That is where Trump screwed up. I said it then. I'm saying it now. But let's be clear, Comey had no business keeping his job and had Hillary won, she would have fired him too, though for different reasons. However, I find it exordinarily eye opening the things people will excuse or flat out ignore because their hate for Trump trumps everything else.

What did he do that is disgraceful? I think he handled some things incorrectly, but not in a manner that makes him evil. Is he a political hack? yes.

When he admitted he used the position of being head of the federal law enforcement agency to make an "assumed" presidential winner seem legitimate. We aren't a banana republic. When the law enforcement places political ambition over principle and when partisan polarization overtakes truth and justice, the man leading the charge is an absolute disgrace.
