Hey, look... i cast the bait, but other people reeled in the fish. Looks like the national emergency should’ve been declared to make citizens leave the country instead of preventing immigrants from coming in.

You probably don’t even realize how bad that post made you look.

Not at all. It makes you look bad. You argue that since American citizens commit crimes I am willing to accept illegal immigrants committing crimes as well. We can't kick Americans out but we can incarcerate them. We incarcerate illegals too. It would be a lot better and cheaper if we prevented them from coming here in the first place.

So you think a wall is going is going to solve that problem?
If you own a house and have a freshwater reservoir in your backyard, do you think a fence will stop people from trespassing if they're starving and thirsty? What if their family and children need water to survive?
Would it be better to ration and distribute the water while ensuring there's plenty for you and your family?
Should we support Mexico and Central American, be their allies and help make their country stable and viable? Should we ignore them and antagonize them with a useless wall? I know a wall wouldn't stop me if my family and life depended on what's on the other side.
What if the worst were to happen far down the road? Would we want more enemies than friends so close to our country?

That's not even addressing the domestic problems we already have. If I had to choose two roommates and their was six people to choose from, four Caucasians have a 4% chance of committing felony/misdemeanors and two Hispanics have a 1% chance of committing felony/misdemeanors ... Well I'd go with the 1% bunch.
But by all means... Let's focus our efforts to incarcerate and deport ALL illegals while making no effort to combat the domestic violence and poverty.

It's sad that a wall is the most central aspect of our presidents agenda. If only he and his supporters put this much enthusiasm into solving more pressing concerns.

I don't argue that you should accept illegal immigrants committing crimes. I argue that it can't be a national emergency if the crimes committed by the illegal immigrants are fewer and at a lower occurrence rate than those committed by our own citizens. Blocking the immigrants would have very little effect on the amount of crime within our border, so that must not be the emergency.

I doubt that we have reliable statistics from either side of the wall debate. Sometimes anecdotal is real. Perception is reality. If you have someone in custody for whatever crime that’s been deported before and you turn and shield him from ICE turn him loose and he kills someone when he shouldn’t have been in the country then the heck with the statistics that shouldn’t have happened. Very small number of terrorists overstay their student visa too.

Remember when Leftists opined for people to listen to children’s opinions on policy after Parkland? Dianne $hitstain thinks otherwise when it comes to children questioning Leftist policy...

Wasn't this about the kids trying to push the New Green Deal and Feinstein more or less saying it ain't happening in a very crude way? Interesting to see a lefty not supporting the current bell cow of lefty policy

If Trump really believed(s) Hillary was working with the Russians, why did he ask them to hack her emails?

I also think it is neat how he says collusion isn’t a crime, but if it is, Hillary did it.

Yes, strategically placed barriers will help a lot. Do you leave your doors unlocked at night ? If not, why?

You are not being honest if you truly believe that is what he did. Either that or you are the most naive and gullible person in history. He was making a joke! A joke man, a joke!

What happened the same day trump made that “joke”?

I can promise you, the Russians were not the only ones to gain access to her emails. every bad actor and most likely some good ones had access to them. Just shows how cavalier she was with national security. And why she should be in jail.

So you admit the Russians tried to access her server for the first time after Trump made that joke? Or can you not admit that fact to yourself?

July 27, 2016: “The Conspirators attempted after hours to spearfish for the FIRST TIME email accounts at a domain hosted by a third-party provider and used by Clinton’s personal office. At or around the same time, they also targeted seventy-six email addresses at the domain for the Clinton Campaign.”
Also, at this point, Trump knew Russia was listening.
Can you admit it now?

Nope. She was compromised probably during the transition. She set up a home brew server in some guys bathroom. Who wasn't listening to and reading her emails. Sorry, but Hillary and her emails were not hard to hack.
