The storm has a tornado on the ground, is maybe 15 minutes from Woodworth, and they don’t have a TOR out for them yet.

I think Woodworth is mostly rural. There is neighborhood to the north, and a weird looking complex, maybe industrial, to the south. If google maps serve me right

The stronger meso is actually the further east rotation that is on top of Woodworth. No SVR or TOR for them, despite it clearly being needed. Shear incompetence on display here.
