They're looking for Trump exploiting tax loopholes that are technically legal but shouldn't be. The wealthy screw Uncle Sam all the time. To be purposefully vague, a very close family member of mine has this exact job at a lawyers office in a big metro. Move assets, generally overseas, avoid taxes "legally". If you think people aren't screwing Uncle Sam you are living in a dream world.

But, they are legal. Nothing but harassment.

I'm glad Matt is a stern supporter of checks and balances. If there's nothing to hide, let the Dems make fools of themselves and save the Republicans in 2020.

He went 2 1/2 years of multiple investigations without exerting executive privilege. The unredacted version of the report is available in the Do you know how many dems have gone over to read ? Zero! This is a charade and nothing more.

So what? It's legal for Congress to harass the President (which I don't agree that they are, but for arguments same I'm agreeing) if they want to...

Why are you and Trump whining about what Congress does to every single President???

Incorrect. The unredacted report is not being made available. What Barr has offered up is a report that is LESS redacted, but it still contains redactions.

About seven lines or so. If Barr released the dems would then accuse him of releasing 6E material and proceed with a criminal referral. Scumbags all of them dems are!
Need to read all of 6e, specifically 6(e)(3)(d)

"An attorney for the government may disclose any grand-jury matter involving foreign intelligence, counterintelligence (as defined in 50 U.S.C. §401a3003), or foreign intelligence information (as defined in Rule 6(e)(3)(D)(iii)) to any federal law enforcement, intelligence, protective, immigration, national defense, or national security official to assist the official receiving the information in the performance of that official's duties. An attorney for the government may also disclose any grand-jury matter involving, within the United States or elsewhere, a threat of attack or other grave hostile acts of a foreign power or its agent, a threat of domestic or international sabotage or terrorism, or clandestine intelligence gathering activities by an intelligence service or network of a foreign power or by its agent, to any appropriate federal, state, state subdivision, Indian tribal, or foreign government official, for the purpose of preventing or responding to such threat or activities."

There was no collusion or obstruction so this does not apply.

I would say meddling in an election is a grave hostile act as well as a clandestine intelligence gathering activity by a foreign power.

Then Obama should have done something about it. Happened under his watch. Subpoena all his records and tax returns. Let see if he was getting paid by Russia. And the hildabeast. She actually colluded with the Russians.

He released all his tax returns. Ask Mitch McConnell what Obama tried to do with Russia.

But yes, Obama didn’t do enough.

At least you know to drop the 6e argument.
