Severe Weather Threat June 15-23

idk hopefully something if anything can prevent those from happening something had to of gotten worked over
My guy, you don’t have to lay it on so thick. It’s a severe weather forum and it’s a hobby that obviously entails the discussion of destructive natural phenomenon. We’re all aware of this, and you don’t have to make 3 or more “oh gosh I hope this doesn’t happen, I hope everyone is gonna be ok” posts per page out of concern of falling short of some arbitrary moralistic standard. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen regardless.

This exactly. It's annoying.

be nice :) @TornadoFan. Doesn’t bug me
I’ve got to agree with buckeye here, the forum doesn’t need clogged up by constant “oh god those people”-type posts, and that applies to everyone. The best word for it is “fearmongering”, imo. While the intent is good, it doesn’t add value to the conversation. And again, this is a blanket statement that applies to everyone here, not just one user.

Thank you. Been on the verge of making a post like this myself a couple of times tonight.

I wonder if we could get another round of enhanced significant tornado production just before the MCS catches up to the supercells. We've seen this in recent years with cases like Barnsdall and Keota.

Although I do have to note, in this case the trailing MCS is moving so much faster than the supercells (about 60 MPH vs. 20 MPH) that its outflow might just undercut them immediately rather than "nudging" them for an hour or so as in the prior cases I mentioned.

I’ve been contemplating making a post about this, but…this forum is at its best when it’s full of educated and intuitive contributions and posts rather than incessant wishcasting and hyperbole. We all do it from time to time, I’m guilty as well, but it’s been getting out of hand the last couple of years. Back on topic :)
