I actually don't think that's a TDS anymore. Its just a pocket of light reflectivity. Even though we know it was on the ground

That storm I talked about in Smithville is warned now. Think its one to watch especially since its semi disccrete moving into a favorable environment.

Give it some time. Most of the convection south of the MO/AR/OK triple point is semi-discrete right now.

The tornado-warned storm near Smithville, OK, is on a path that'll take it over a three-way border between the NWS CWAs of Tulsa, Shreveport, and Little Rock. As such, all three offices issued tornado warnings for the storm. Here's what the end result looks like:

Jordan Hall and company. Running red lights, honking at locals, screaming large tornado down when there's no evidence of it. Absolutely embarrassing display.

“Large tornado down “ did surprise me as radar did not reflect such. I thought Jordan hall was one of the good ones, guess I don’t know enough.
