The Russellville storm is heading for Landersville and Moulton. If anyone reading this lives in that area, I'd recommend immediately heading for your safe shelter!

There is a piece of a Waffle House sign on a power line in Russellville.

I've always had a fascination with weird/unconventional damage like that.

It is unbelievable that it looks like no storms are going to from about Bham to the South and West. HRRR picked that up awhile back and isn't letting go. The ARCC slug of dry air is killing stuff.

NOAA's plane flew all around the Russellville storm. They had to have picked up a lot of valuable data from that storm.

Feels drier outside, just a typical mild breezy spring day. Really wondering if the dry air intrusion is going to keep things controlled here. Even with the STP core heading this way, things look relatively benign so far. So far, being the key.

So far, a heavy thundershower near Town Creek has no TVS signature. That cell may clip Huntsville.
