I am no fan of Alex Jones. And he does not have near the reach as the MSM, most major newspapers and the left wing cable TV outlets.

no but he has a lot of support, clicks and Facebook shares from many of the Trump voters.

Let's face it....the fake news phenomenon is mostly on the conservative side. There's inserting one's opinions in a story then there is making up stories. Huge difference, though none of it is good.

I love how the AP story cites that the guy shouted "God is Great" in Arabic, instead of saying he shouted "Allahu Akbar"
Obfuscation of the facts by the media to fit a certain narrative is getting very old. And for the police chief, when three people of the same gender and race are targeted after the suspect made racist posts on facebook, doesn't seem very random to me....

While I do not argue that Trump has held many sides of many issues I am not certain that makes him void of a moral compass. Does a president without a moral compass respond to the Syrian president gassing men women and children the way he did. And give the reasons he gave as to why he did it ? And does such a man deliver the Easter message I heard the other day ? Perhaps, but I think becoming president humbles a person, even Donald Trump. I think trump has done a very good job so far. He has been and will continue to be betrayed by Republican establishment types. And the dems with very few exceptions will never cooperate. And let's not forget the fake news! Not trying to be argumentative, just pointing out there is a little more there, there than you think.

I think Trump did the right thing sending that message to Syria...attached to missiles. As I stated on another thread. Having sympathy is human, which he certainly had in spades when he saw the photos and responded. But being sympathetic in one instance doesn't mean you are led with a moral compass. Hear what I'm saying. A moral compass is what you base ALL of your decisions on. All of them. It leads you when the decision is not clear - when you have to dig deep to figure out the right answer. It is what defines you in all things. Striking deals is what defines Trump. Whatever deal happens to be lucrative at that moment. Then he'll simply strike another deal if the first one goes awry. He's even said it. That is why he flips and flops like a fish on a dock when it comes to issues. He's trying to cut deals and his position has to change from one minute to the next. But I knew that. It was why I couldn't get behind him. I don't have faith in what he says. Talk is talk. And he does an awful lot of it. And none of it is ever consistent. My point being is that without a foundation that he holds true to his core - he has no truths. Everything is negotiable. He's proving that with every flip and flop. I think becoming President should humble a man, yes. But it doesn't mean it will. There's still time for that to happen, of course, but like his words, I can't hang my hat on it. But I'm not disappointed as much as others seem to be because I knew who he was at the onset. I'm just disappointed that we humans have to learn lessons the hard way. Always the hard way.

And the mainstream "non-partisan" media continues to manufacture narratives. Because they don't like Trump, it must mean everybody doesn't, correct? Much like the Kansas Congressional Special Election was supposed to be a "referendum" on Trump, that failed more than Hillary's campaign. The Republican won solidly. Onto the next made up "referendum", the GA Congressional Seat, where a Democrat was projected early on to win and sending a "resounding message to Trump." LOL, that failed. He's now headed to a run off with the former Secretary of State of GA.

And then they wonder why people's trust of the media sunk to an all time low per Gallup....<30% of independents believing them.

If he strikes a deal that is to the betterment of mankind and U.S. citizens in particular, is that a bad thing ? I don't think Trump is out to make a deal just for the sake of deal making. I think there is a method to his madness. We are so used to politicians behaving the way the media tell us they should. Trump certainly breaks that mold and it is appalling to some. I find it refreshing. You and I will never agree on Trump and the way he operates. That being said I hope he continues to pursue what is in the best interests of the united States.

I see the New York Times is living up to the fake news name after the White House visit by the patriots yesterday.

I wouldn't wipe my behind with their newspaper if I ran out of toilet paper....

How on earth is UC Berkeley still allowed to operate? I think the Feds should start withholding funding until they can provide all citizens their constitutionally guaranteed rights....

I am in disbelief that even under Trump we are just ignoring North Korea once again this year giving them another year to gather Ammo for "Nuclear" war at some point! NK is fading from the media and they shouldn't be! I'm not being funny here-they have threatened to turn us to ashes and are progressing in development of advanced weaponry yet Trump gives harsh words but doesn't even know where his Carrier group is??? My guess is we have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year while Kim gets another year to increase his arsenal!! Next spring will deliver stronger blows if not really bad BOMBS! I don't mean to sound like a sky is falling dude but NK is preparing for this and were just letting them have their way it seems!

What do you think we should do to make headway with NK?

I don't know what the answer to NK is but if we were to start a war with them, tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of SK and US civilians and soldiers will be killed with the conventional weapons that NK has aimed at Seoul and other populated areas near the border. It will be a bloodbath that NK will receive the worst end of , but it will be bad for the good guys too

Yeah not an easy answer for sure. Perhaps simultaneously pepper the country with MOABs targeting the places where they are working on or storing the nukes and bombs quickly enough that they can't respond. It just seems that doing nothing just makes them progressively worse with time. I guess if there was an easy answer it would have already been done.
